Ambergris Caye is my home, my “Isla Bonita”, but to many, it is the number one tourist destination in Belize. We have all the amenities to make your vacation an unforgettable one. Whether you are here for three days or two weeks, for adventure or just to relax, you will always find something new and exciting to do each day.

Known locally as San Pedro, my town’s population has grown significantly over the last several years but thanks to responsible tourism practices, it has kept its natural and local charm – something you do not find a lot these days. When in town, the best source of advice is always the locals, go ahead and ask anyone for directions or recommendations and you will get help with a big smile.

Some of Ambergris Caye’s top attractions and activities are:
The Belize Barrier Reef

The Belize Barrier Reef is a UNESCO world heritage site and it’s the second largest in the world.

Belize’s Reef offers many superb diving and snorkeling opportunities. Top spots include the Belize Blue Hole, Half Moon Caye Wall, and Hol Chan Marine Reserve, among many others.

Snorkelling is also possible off the many docks!
Reef or Deep Sea Fishing

Boat are always speeding by with travelers heading out for fishing expeditions!
Reef Kayaking

Kayaking is an adventurous way to explore the Caribbean Sea.
There is also a bunch of stuff that involves doing nothing…

Such as relaxing on the beach…

Walking along the beach…

Or catching up on your shopping for local souvenirs.
And for the seafood lovers, you can find the best Conch, Lobster and fish served to perfection at numerous restaurants

Foodie lovers, you won’t regret trying the Conch Coconut Chowder.

And if you fancy Lobster, I recommend you treat your taste buds with this delicious crustacean.

But of course, have fish! All types of fresh fish dishes can be found at restaurants across town.
And don’t forget the drinks…

Since delicious cocktails are served throughout town!
